Extremely bad hygiene! Restaurant, windows, restrooms…. All dirty! Dead bugs in restaurant. Te girl the counter on her phone. Very bad customer service. Our order was also messed up. Wrong sandwiches were given to us, found out about it when opened the bag.

Disappointing service. They made a terrible drink. I always order this drink, but this time it tasted very strange. I don’t know who made it, but it was awful. I asked the guy at the front desk to replace it, but he refused and said he couldn’t make another one. In fact, I threw the drink in the trash right in front of him. He was extremely rude. I would never recommend this place to anyone. There are so many better options in the Schaumburg area. Don’t waste your time coming here.

The atmosphere is really nice and the food is absolutely amazing. The drinks are very customizable and taste delicious. The Chi sauce on their burgers chicken loaded fries is wonderful. Is definitely a place I'd come back to regularly.

I’ve consistently eaten from this establishment for years and various locations, and they always let me down in food quality. They consistently do not put out good food and my most recent order is what pushed me to leave this review. I ordered a beef burger that firstly had multiple strings of connective tissue in it that were near impossible to bite through. After, there was literally the hard core end of a head of lettuce which is downright disgusting and shouldn’t be in a burger. It was also unevenly cooked with multiple pockets of pink inconsistently through the patty. Lastly, something which is completely appalling part was a literal rock hard piece of bone that was so disgusting i had to stop eating. This shows their clear lack of quality control and I will never be giving this company a chance ever again.

We were super excited to visit this spot! We arrived Thursday at 3:30pm and informed the unfriendly girl working the counter that it was our first time here. We asked questions about the menu in which she didn’t provide any insight or suggestions. We were the only patrons at the establishment at the time. The food arrived COLD and portion sizes were small. I asked kindly if they could redo a fresh batch of fries since our food was cold. I personally felt like the reheated it in the microwave. The food was horrible for the amount of money spent. I personally wouldn’t come back here again. Disappointed with the food & service!!
